POSITION: EARLY YEAR’S MANAGER

HOURS: Full-Time

JOB TYPE: Permanent

PAYMENT: €38,600 

SKILLS: English (Good)

THE ROLE:

• The day-to-day management of the service to ensure it works within all the legal requirements. This role does not require you to work on the floor daily.
• Supporting the team to be the best they can be.
• Supporting parents in building relationships with their children. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must have, at a minimum, a level 7 early years or social care qualification.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of early-year policy, procedures, and legislation.  
• Candidates should commit to supporting vulnerable
  children and their families.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written
  and oral.
• A minimum of one year’s leadership experience
